In response to the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako
'Emergency Preparedness Plan' we will attempt to provide
sandbags to our residents for use in a flood situation.

Please complete the following Request for Sandbags and email the
completed form to haley.jeffrey@rdbn.bc.ca or fax to 250-692-3305. The
Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako will respond to your request as
soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: As the sandbag supply is at a premium unused sandbags must be stored in a dry location to be used in future flooding situations or returned to the Transfer Station where you received them from at the end of the flooding event.

Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday.

The loading and unloading of the sandbags made available by the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako, and the use of them on your property, is your responsibility. The Regional District of Builkley-Nechako does not guarantee the quality of the sandbags, or that a sufficient supply of sandbags will be available at any given time or that sandbagging will be successful in protecting your buildings, structures, personal property and inhabitants from harm. The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako will not be liable to any person or entity for loss or damages of any kind, including economic loss, caused by the sandbags or as a result of insufficient availability, supply or quantity of sandbags or how the sandbags are used.
