In 2020, the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako and member municipalities introduced the platform of Voyent Alert! to deliver important messaging to our residents. We are dedicated to enhancing the safety and well-being of our residents by providing timely alerts and updates. The Voyent Alert! platform aims to minimize stress by ensuring that vital information is easily accessible, whether it involves wildfires, floods, road closures, or community announcements. Receive messages directly to the Voyent Alert! App, SMS/text message, voice calls, or by email. You have the ability to control which communications you receive, on which devices, and for as many locations as you require.

Bulkley-Nechako Voyent Alert! will be one of the primary ways in which residents will receive trusted and reliable information during an emergency event. Evacuation Alerts will no longer be delivered door-to-door; sign up today to make sure important emergency information is not missed.

How to register

Feel free to explore the different options below on how to register. Registration is free, simple, secure and completely anonymous. We ask that you read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy using the banners below.

At any time you do not feel comfortable or do not have the means to register, we are here to assist you. Contact the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako Protective Services Department at 250-692-3195 or 1-800-320-3339 or email protective.services@rdbn.bc.ca.

Use the web-based registration page to receive text, email or voice call notifications. After you enter an address, a registration code will be sent to you via the contact method you provided. Once you enter the registration code, registration is complete.

Note: Landline and mobile phone notifications will be placed from 250-692-1553. Phone numbers with call control must add this number as 'safe' or messages will not be put through.

Using your smart phone download and install the Voyent Alert! mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then simply enter an address and follow the instructions. Use the menu at the upper-left to manage your account.
