The Regional Solid Waste Advisory Committee is composed of members representing various groups and stakeholders in our communities to provide the perspectives necessary to improve our services. Committee members will become familiar with the Solid Waste Management Plan and provide input to help identify the most effective solutions for the waste management challenges in the RDBN.

The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako (RDBN) is seeking individuals who are interested in being part of the planning process for Waste Management projects and Diversion initiatives.
The responsibilities of the committee are :
· Meet up to 4 times per year.
(Meetings are generally during the day on weekdays and last from 4-6 hours)
· Review reports in preparation for meetings.
· Provide input on RDBN waste management projects and initiatives.
· Endorse final strategies and plans for waste related projects and initiatives.
